25-year-old creator/executive producer Seth MacFarlane serves up the
subversive animated comedy "Family Guy". The show presents the everyday
trials and tribulations of family life, but with the distinctive twist
and irreverent slant that only animation can provide. Peter Griffin is
the father of this not-quite-so-average family unit of middle class New
Englanders. Lois is Peter's loving wife who struggles to maintain a
modicum of normalcy in their home life. Rounding out the Griffin
household are their children: teen queen Meg, 13-year-old slacker Chris,
and their youngest child Stewie, a diabolically clever baby who's
already set on conquering the world. And then there's Brian, the
brainiest of the bunch, who also happens to be the family dog. "Family
Guy" is one of the funniest and most exciting animated shows ever to hit
television. Since its debut in 1999, the Emmy®-nominated animated series
FAMILY GUY has attracted an impressively loyal following of devoted fans
and has sold over 5 million combined DVD units, making it the
fourth-largest TV series seller ever. The subversive show's success on
DVD, combined with the ratings records it has set on the Cartoon
Network's Adult Swim block, prompted FOX to bring it back for a fifth
